The Order Process

Shopping on Ultra violet Lesbian Books is easy and safe! Browse the shop (Buy Books! ) and add the Titles that catch your eye. You can return to the shop by clicking Continue Shopping in the Shopping Cart page, after adding a title to the cart.

Once you are happy with your order, click on Checkout in the Shopping Cart. You'll be taken to a page where you can either register, if you are new, or log in if you have already registered or purchased before. This is a necessary step in the shopping process and makes internet shopping safe for all. If you are registered and logged in you will go directly to the next section. We will protect your data can and do everything we can to ensure that no one gets hold your information. We will never sell or give your details to anyone.

Once you have created a profile, you will be sent an email with the username you selected and your password - you'll be able to use the same username and password to post in our community forums. You will then be asked to verify the delivery address for this order. You will be able to change it if you wish.

Clicking next will take you to the Shipping page, here you can select how you would like your books delivered to you. Once you've made your selection, clicking next will allow you to select your preferred payment method. Depending on which payment option you selected, you'll either be sent to a page with our direct deposit information or to the credit card processing page. And you're done! You'll get an email detailing your order with a link back to your order, should you need to refer back to it at a later stage. At any stage during your order you can contact us .

Shipping Options

We have a selection of shipping options for you. The system automatically calculates the cost of shipping based on the weight of your order and the method of delivery you select.

Collection:
Your order can be collected from Johannesburg, contact us to make an arrangement to collect your order.

Speed Services:
This is a delivery service offered via the South African Postal Service, it requires you collect your order from your nearest post office. It allows for tracking of orders. When you receive your tracking number by email you will be informed of when you can collect your order from your nearest post office. You can specify an alternate post office either in the shipping section - specify a different shipping address or in the notes section when completing your order.

Courier:
If you prefer to have your order delivered to your door, we offer a door-to-door courier service, via Ram Hand-to-Hand Couriers.

Payment Options

Payment can be made via direct deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer(EFT) and via Credit Card.

Direct Deposit: 
Select Direct Deposit to pay by EFT. The system will take you through to the payment option page once you have registered or logged on, selected your items and shipping options. You will be given a page with our banking details. You'll also be sent an extra email with the banking details in order to make payment. Proof of payment needs to be faxed before your order will be processed.

Credit Card:
Credit card payments are processed through NetCash which is a secure 3rd party payment processing company. They offer SSL so your credit card details are kept safe on the internet. Ultra Violet will never have access to your credit card details. Only ever input your credit card details on any website if you can see the padlock in the bottom right hand corner of your browser and you trust the site. 

Delivery

Delivery times are indicated in the description of each book. These are estimates. In the event of the books arriving earlier or later than the estimated delivery time, you will be sent an email updating you with the status of your order. The delivery time of your order will be calculated on the item with the longest delivery time.

Returns

We will only accept returns if the book you received is damaged or we supplied the incorrect book, we will replace it with the same book. Should the book be out of stock we will refund the purchase price into your bank account or offer you a credit.

If you are unhappy with your choice and the book is unread in mint condition we will exchange it, shipping charges will be for the buyers account.

Any returns or exchanges or refunds can only occur within 2 weeks of receipt.
